Despite the fact that more than a million euros was need in order to remove the flaws in the monument that is set on the Vabaduse Square in honor of the victory in the Liberation War. This spring it is expected to be repaired again.
According to the spokesman, who is responsible for service of the Riigi Kinnisvara AS monument, Madisa Idnurma, the upper part of the monument, where there is a cross, is covered with white spots, because there was oxygen between the glass and polymer panels.

On the question of how much taxpayers will pay for the next repair, Idnurm said that this information will be made public at the end of the state tender.
