The Haabersti administration invites people to the out-door office in the open air, the reception will be conducted every Tuesday in the evenings in different courtyards in Väike-Õismäe and Astang.
According to Elder of Haabersti, Marek Jurgenson, the goal of the field office is to get closer to the residents of the district.
"There is not always time and opportunity to seek advice on a minor problem or issue to the government, so the employees of the council themselves will come to the residents of Väike-Õismäe and Astang to listen to their problems and answer questions. To make it easier for residents to visit the field office, the board will set up a tent in the Väike-Õismäe and Astangu yards. In an office in the open air you can ask for solution on both citywide issues and issues of regional importance," - said Jurgenson.
"In the field office, there will be specialists of the Department of Municipal Services, the Department of Social Security at your disposal, and of course, there will be the district elder and his deputies. Feel free to go to the field office and together we will find a solution to your problems," - the elder continued.
The off-premise office will work every Tuesday (except July and August) until November 2nd. The exact schedule of work is available on the website of the council https://www.tallinn.ee/eng/haabersti/
