The famous series of street training starts in Kristiine

On Wednesday, May 23rd, the 7th season of the series of training "Street training in Lövenruh Park " started in Lövenruh Park at the District Kristiine, at 12:00, which became famous among the townspeople.

According to the elder of Kristiine, Jaanusa Riibe, the interest of the residents of the area to street training in parks and on athletic trails is high, so we will continue joint training in Lövenruh Park this year. "Both Kristiine residents and residents of other districts of Tallinn take part in our street training. We have Aliice Sarapik as our coach. I invite residents of the city to Lövenruh Park for free street training every Wednesday at 12:00. The traditional meeting place is near the lion. Training for all people are free," - explained Riibe.

The program includes: sports walking with sticks and stretching exercises under the guidance of a professional trainer. The duration of the training is 1 hour, regular training will last all summer, until October 3rd, 2018.

"Street training in Lövenruh Park" is the project launched in 2012 by the district council Kristiine, whose goal is to promote health sports and popularize active lifestyles among the residents of the area.
